Excellent Introduction to the Cynefin Framework

Like the author, I've invested a lot of time reviewing ToC, systems thinking, lean, etc. Only recently have I taken an interest in Cynefin, and I've had some difficulty putting the pieces together from the various lectures and blog posts. This book filled in a number of blanks for me, and I think I have an idea about how to proceed with the concepts in my organization. Of particular importance was the focus on portfolio design for both Complex and Complicated domains (e.g., experiment design in Complex, importance of diversity/naivety in Complicated). There are many things I don't understand yet, but the foundation was helpfully provided in this book.
